Right in the heart of Friesland's lake district, in the famous and cozy water sports village of Woudsend, we offer a beautifully situated and almost new boathouse including spacious garage. The property is located directly on the waterway towards the Koefordermeer / Princess Margriet Canal and / or Woudsend itself with behind it either the Slotermeer or Hegermeer. The boat house is situated on a beautiful closed area on the Swaen in Woudsend. The garage box with electric overhead door (4.0x2.2m) is equipped with its own meter cupboard (220+380V) and water connection, has a kitchen unit and sanitary unit with toilet and shower!
